Dovoy-Zyme HTN
Liquefaction
Introduction
This series contains a thermostable starch hydrolyzing alpha-amylase that is produced by a genetically modified strain of bacillus licheniformis
This series enzyme possesses endo-amylase activity that hydrolyzes (alpha-1-4) glucosidic bonds, facilitating the rapid conversion of extended starch chains into dextrin and oligosaccharides under various process conditions
Key Benefits
- Rapid viscosity Reduction:
Our Dovoy-Zyme HTN series rapidly reduces viscosity, which allows for higher solid concentrations resulting in high DS running in the process. - Thermostability:
They ensure consistent processing performance and yield by offering thermostability in jet cooking - Broad pH Liquefaction:
Our HTN range can reduce the viscosity to the desired expectation over a wide pH range as low as 4.5–6.0 - Temperature Versatility:
This series are able to achieve the desired results even at low slurry temperatures of about - 80-85°C
- Provides Process Flexibility:
They provide process flexibility by performing effectively in different conditions and pH environments

Starch-Solutions Our portfolio of enzymes consists of alpha-amylase and glucoamylases that act on complex starch molecules and convert them into dextrins and ultimately to sugar, leading to faster reactions, higher yield and significant cost savings.
Fermentation Boosters
They enhance microbial metabolism by supplying essential nutrients, growth factors and catalytic compounds, thereby accelerating substrate conversion, improving yield, and ensuring consistent product quality
